I am unhealthy!

I'm having trouble eating the amount of calories that I need.
I need roughly 1440 per day, but am coming up short by around 500 - 700 calories!
Does anyone have any ideas on foods that are healthy but higher in calories?
Or do drinks that are high in calories count at all?
Help!
Thanks :ohwell:

Hemp seed is an excellent source of protein and pretty high in calories. Good calories though. Olive Oil, and pretty much everything Kerri just said :happy:0

Agreed! Stay away from drinking your calories. Most of the "diet" or "health" drinks are way heavy on carbs and don't really satisfy!0

Give an idea of what you eat in typical day
If you are drinking stuff that has calories in it you should log it to have an idea how many calories you throw away on drinks.
Try eating more meals 5-6 times a day-0 -

I usually just drink things that have little to no calories in them so it still wouldn't change much...0 -

Log them anyhow, you might be surprised how much sodium or other nutriants are in them. One thing that might help is to try to eat 25% of your calories for breakfast -- I'm betting that is more than you have now... and you'll feel better all day long too.0
