I'm 24 and looking to lose 30 lbs... just came back from travelling which was an amazing experience but think I enjoyed the local cuisine a little too much! My big problem is exercising, joining the local gym on tuesday so fingers crossed I get my bum into gear!

Hi all!! I've just tried this recipe: 1 banana 1 egg nob of marge for the pan and although it tasted great, the pancake struggled to hold its shape. I'm not sure whether i did the batch too large (one large pancake rather than a few little ones) but does anyone have any suggestions? xx

I am currently doing my own modified version of the 5:2 diet:- 2-3 x a week i reduce my calorie intake to 500 calories. I read this as net calories, so I often do 30 minutes of the elliptical trainer to burns extra calories so that i can eat more. The days of the week I try and stay sensible on my calories, aim 1200-1500,…

Hi, i follow the 5:2 diet but on a alternative or 4:3 basis. On fast days i try and stay round the 500 cal mark and bump it up the next day to my usual 1200 or so. on fast days i tend to eat my allowance during work hours then skip dinner at night, but i know alot of people do the opposite, it really depends on what suits…

I have massive issues with sugar... I've started eating alot of fruit and other "healthier" low calorie choices but obviously these are absolutely chocca in sugar! xx

I lost around 2 stone last year from something similar e.g. introducing spike and fast days to my calorie counting. But I've recently come across the 5:2 diet and on my first fast day today!
