Hi all - My two horses have been snow bound and haven't been ridden since December. We are all getting chubby. I am now going to track what I eat and drop a few lbs. It's all good until night time when the chip drawer haunts me.

Love 30-day shred and have been doing it on and off for some time. Level 3 is still a challenge for me and I switch them all up depending on how energetic I feel. Wish it was longer than 20 minutes but I am able to get a workout in when I am short on time.

I love 30-day shred but I don't think it is as effective as a workout of 40 minutes. I am not an expert, but 20 minutes does not seem to be enough I've been doing it a few times a week mixed with gym and jogging for longer periods.

WW never worked for me so I tried Dukan diet - it works. I finished the program and am at the maintenance part where MFP allows me to watch what I eat.

How many calories are burned doing the level 1, of the 30-day shred. Just wondering if anyone knows.

I also ride - have two horses and just got a book with stretching routines for riding. They are supposed to supple your body so that you can move and influence the horse. Haven't tried it yet - don't ride as much in the winter.

Me too - but I think my problem is that I am eating the extra calories I get from my workouts. This week I'm going to stick to my plan calories and see what happens. I have 10 lbs I want to lose and the scale does not budge. :(

I am excersizing and not going over my daily allowances. However, I am not losing weight either. I think I should just stay within my calorie range and disregard the extra calories I get from my workouts.
