  • Did you look at the Presidents choice Blue Menu version? I have not bought it but their other versions of dressings are lower compared to the regular kind. Other than that you will have to just compare labels and try to use as little as possible.

  • I start counting when I wake up and then stop when my calories are all accounted for. I plan out my days meals when I wake up, and then I know where I am for snacks. I don't always put in my excercise and most say I should. I hope that helps.
  • I have seen this on television, (Oprah...because my wife makes me watch Oprah) but have not tried it. Soak your feet in brewed tea, this one girl had a roommate who had terrible foot odor and the expert on the show suggested Brewed tea..cold of course. And both girls said it worked very very well. Good luck!
  • Maybe you need to change what you are doing to get past your plateau. Sometimes what you are doing becomes what they call "muscle memory" and its too easy. Sometimes a change in how you wotk the muscles is all you need. D
  • We were just talking about finding a recipe for spaghetti squash (my wife and I). This sounds really good. Can't wait to try it.
