This was me! Especially after the lunges! I am on week three and I am SO dead-tired after a workout. It is way more strenuous than anticipated! There is no way in the world I could do Zumba a day after a workout! But, that's just me. Anyway... welcome! Good luck!

Dumb Question - when you guys post your weights, and it's a dumbbell exercise, are you talking about per hand? Like if I was using 10 pound dumbbells, do I list that as 10 pounds, or 20 pounds?

I did last night. I am only on my second workout, so this is not a pro's perspective. I used dumbbells for all of the workouts, and I think it worked fine; however, using them for the deadlifts just didn't feel right. I felt like I was doing it wrong. I would LOVE some NROL4W friends, as well. I just started - my second workout is today. I am 25, have a three-year-old daughter and I am looking to lose about 30 pounds, but don't want to be "skinny fat" which is why I am doing this program (which I love so far!)

I just wanted to comment that I did HORRIBLE on the prone jacknifes! My husband was CRACKING up! Thank you ALL so much! I did not expect such quick replies (or such helpful ones!). I changed my goal to 1 pound a week and it changed my calories to 1,420. That's better! :happy: and it feels much more doable! Thanks, again, everyone!!! :flowerforyou:

Thank you! So my TDEE is 2071, 20% less than that is 1656. So I should change my goal in MFP to 1656? Also, I AM supposed to eat my "exercise" calories, right? PS - if it matters, I forgot to include that I am 5'3. :happy:
