I had a hard time keeping up with my daily food intake. I tried to diet instead of changing my lifestyle. I had no way of interacting with a group focused on the same goals. Love this place.

Cold front hit about 3:30am. Dropping to the 20's in Austin, TX later, near freezing now. I am off work today so I can re-wrap the plants ans pipes. Hard to believe I had to run the AC on Saturday and Sunday. LOL

Bless you! I had an almost identical experience. Started here in March of 2009 and in Sept 2009 had 2 deaths in my immediate family, just 3 weeks apart, and then severely injured my leg. I gained all my weight back plus 6 pounds. I just started back 20 days ago. You will do good here. Feel free to friend request me.
