Hi all from the Foggy City (San Fransisco, CA)! Just started using MyFitnesPal this week and I high hope that it will keep me honest and help me not only loosed the weight I want to, but change my lifestyle all together to be more healthier.
I'm unmarried mid-30s woman who works in your standard office environment. You know the place where you sit still and type for hours and hours on end with little breaks or movement. Yeah that kind of place. Its not bad and occasional we do get out and walk, but not enough to work off t things. I am looking at get knee replacement surgery and need to reduce my weight so it will be easier to recover from that. Right my knee as pretty bad so it limits the type and amount of exercise I can do without putting myself in pain.
I'm look for any tips, tricks, information, or support that people are willing to share.
