That's great!!! I'm training for an 8K at the end of of August. My speed is VERY SLOW, but I'm trying to maintain that speed on a treadmill for now. Best of luck! After the 8K, 10K will be my next goal!

Just got home from the gym and getting ready to make lunches for tomorrow. Rooting for the Marlins because if they lose, the boyfriend will be cranky. ;)

1 cup of kashi go lean crunch cereal with 2% milk with fresh blueberries. Half a cup of orange juice, half a cup of coffee with low fat creamer. :) I was using 1% milk, but my boyfriend bought 2% last time he was at the store. I added the blueberries for the first time today and they were delicious!
