  • Hey! I'm Kelley and live in Kirkland. I was a member of MFP back in Virginia and sort of fell off the bandwagon when I moved here from keeping everything written down. Luckily I didn't add a bunch of weight but I didn't lose either. Now I'm back on track and going down in weight again.
  • You should put ALL these products on bare skin - and DO NOT put anything on over them or take a shower/bath for at least 8-12 hours.
  • Use any of the ones that builds up over time - like Jergen's or Oil of Olay ... those gradually change the color - won't turn your skin orange and don't have a smell :-)

  • I have a friend that has this problem - so she eats a little yogurt (1 small container and sometimes just a half) mixed with granola. Later after a couple of hours, she has a 2nd breakfast with a little more. Yogurt is gentle on the stomach.
