I do eat meat..but I can probably increase my portions :) 2 protien smoothies today...chachinnnnnng..lots of protien for me!!

I normally don't pay much attention to my carbs either..but I am really trying to focus on the protien. At least I am doing better than I was previously.

My must haves are: greek yogurt eggs whole grain bread skim milk lean meats (ham/turkey) chicken tuna skinny cow ice cream sandwiches smart pasta peanut butter pepperoni slices (great snack!) salad cucumbers/peppers shredded cheese apples/oranges/banana's frozen raspberries popcorn vector cereal

I noticed this the past few days as well. I usually never wake up to a rumbling tummy..but I am sure am now..and during the day I am feeling my stomach growling..came as a surprise as I am eating alot!

Good for you!! Your success story is motivating to me! I can't live on 1200 cals either..well I can do it for short teeny periods of time..but I discovered it won't be sustainable for me long term so I am eating more too, I hope I have your success!!! Can't wait to see those success photo's!

I say you need to go back to tkd. I am just like you, I love it and I unless something is broken I don't miss a class. Regardless of your weight you need to exercise right, so why not do it at something you love??? As for the people in your class, just remember that everyone has limitations, no one has that perfect body…

I have calculated my bmr and tdee (thank goodness for this forum or I would have had no clue what a problem my lower calories are) and I am wanting to keep increasing. I think maybe I will do another jump in the next week then (yeah!).

I can't wear a hrm at taekwondo, this site always gives me around 700 cals for an hour..but each class is different-sometimes we work harder than others, so I never consider them all calories that I can eat back. Instead of logging my whole class I have started deducting 15 mins to account for the time listening to the…
