Thursday's Points Food-1 Exercise-0 Sleep-1 Water-0 Total= 2 Total to date=19 Was a bad bad day...and it shows by my food diary. Then I was too stuffed to exercise. All I can say is thank my lucky stars this is not a regular occurance for me. Looking foward to a better day tomorrow. Hope you all have a good night!

Amy..I go to taekwondo classes...they are just so much fun! My son goes as well so it is bonus that it is something we can do together (and he has 12 years more tkd experience than me so he teaches me alot too!) on a regular basis. I want to know what health & fitness magazines you guys like to read??

Exercise I like to do..definately Taekwondo, it is alot of fun, always learning something new, working on technique. It doesn't even feel like exercise to me I am just so busy enjoying myself! I have always wanted to be a runner as well..shin splints caused me problems for ever but I have finally been able to start going…

You've done well so far by losing 20 pounds!! Have you tried figuring out a schedule for yourself? It may really help to have one with all the studying you will need to be doing..and you can schedule your workout time in there as well. I agree..and I wish I could get better at the head height and up--flexibility has been a LONG road for me!
