Being on the receiving end of a postive comment after a workout a few weeks ago I can tell you how much a few words like this is really appreciated..it makes a person feel fabulous! It is very thoughtful of you to want to do this!

I was doing taekwondo 4 days a week & working with a personal trainer 2 days a week..and I would sometimes take a rest day or do a workout dvd on the 7th day ( 30DS/Jackie Warner/Taebo..stuff like that). I found it very helpful to have one..I had someone to push me..I did things that I pretty much had myself convinced that I was not capable of doing-he proved otherwise. It was also helped me doing exercises correctly and learning some new things. I saw results and now have some knowledge to do things on my own!

Does the job have anything to do with your weight? I can't see why it would even come up otherwise?? I would not mention it unless it was a job that directly related to physical activity & health/fitness was a critical factor.

What kind of stretching are you doing for your calves? I do on my off days from tkd or personal training....I have a few different work out dvd's (jillian micheals, jackie warner, billy blanks, jerri love)..we have weights..I will do push ups etc..and I like to walk :)
