I agree with this - wearing clothes in a sauna seems really weird to me. If it's a shared sauna I can see bathing suits but gym clothes? No way. A sauna should be kept clean and pristine, and not smell like workout sweat.

Fiber. Sometimes carbs (particularly if I have a sandwich at lunch & then pasta in evening), but 80% of the time if I exceed anything it's fiber. Surprisingly, never sodium.

Fitbit gets overall the best reviews, when I was researching these earlier in year it was by far the best option and lowest overall cost. Plus it integrates with MFP
