In your add food area they have a Receipt maker, I'd probably stick the stuff that's going in and on your Pizza in there and see what comes out. Sorry I'm really bad at guessing Calorie totals.

Go to your Whole Food store and get Salmon Burgers there low calories and taste better then Turkey Burgers IMO.

Hi Erika, Im Seth and have been in the same situation, been over weight longer then I can remember. I went on my New Year diet like I've done so many times before.
