@AnvilHead I'm like you in a sense that I like data. Would love to see stats and set goals and try to hit those numbers but at same time I dont want to spend a fortune. Not looking for something with all the bells and whistles but not just a step counter. Something in between.

I have tried HIIT but the "begginer" kind if there is such a thing. I walk one min at 3.0 and run the next min. The first run is at 5.0 then the next time I run is at 6.0 and I think I go up to 7.0 ... and I can only do it for 15 mins. Its a start. I would like to be able to job and then sprint.

I am happily surprised with all the info that I've gotten here in just a few hours! ~ Thank you! I've adjusted my calories and I went to the gym today did legs as all cardio machines were taken. But I'm going to try to do weights one day and cardio the next and just alternate. I dont think I an do HIIT yet..

I loved salsa chicken over rice and shredded cooked cabbage. Grilled chicken in whole wheat pita or squirlly bread with lettuce tomato & ff chz. Chicken Salad. Ground turkey in corn tortilla shell with lettuce tomato & ff chz.... mmm tuna cakes...
