I don't like fast food, but sometimes when I am running kids from here to there, there is no other option. Checking this out! I usually get a grilled chicken w/ no may and toss the bun. Thanks!

I generally do eggs or plain greek yogurt for breakfast. Definitely increase your protein and get that sugar down girly! Good luck!

No difference :) Workouts may be a little less "outdoorsy" but it's all what you make of it! I used my treadmill and stationary bike alot last winter, but this year I am planning to focus more on toning. And I will do 30 day shred for the WHOLE 30 DAYS! LOL

I have only used it for chicken salad for large groups. I bet you could put it in a tortilla with cheese for a fast quesadilla though... my kids are hooked on them! Or maybe sautee some veggies and throw it in?

I attempt primal, LOL I have for over a year and I love it, but I am not perfect :) I still eat some dairy adn occasionally grain. When I do have grain its usually stuff like oats or whole wheat.
