Some of us have been here for years and found it to be a great tool and a huge part of our success. Judging it in a negative way after only a few days tells me it's you attitude that needs fixing. I don't mean to sound harsh but if you don't get your head in the game, you won't win. MFP is not at fault. Good luck to you.

Could it have been a virus? Tis the season ya know :) I'd give it some time and try it again if it's something you like. I know a lady who is allergic to poultry... very weird! sautee it in olive oil w/ peppers, onions and mushrooms, then add some tomateos and let it simmer a while and serve it with rice. Makes great cheap swiss steak!

it just goes with low carb, I have been cycling my carbs and have the higher carb days set aside for cardio. I make ice cream out of my protein powder and almondmilk too.... I have found if I put it in my food processor instead of my blender and let it run for several minutes it gets more air in it, thus creamier and it feelsl ike you get more and if I add a tiny bit of yogurt to the mix it gets even creamier!
