She's a good deal heavier than you, therefore she will require more calories. Also have her check her sugars and carbs. I can't lose if I eat too many of either. Up the protein, lower the carbs :)

this works very well with no water too... try it in chocolate cake mix! delish!! (1 cake mix, 1 can of pumpkin... I do 18 cupcakes)

I saw it too. I just hate that they had to kill all of the animals. Bizarre story.
-
great ideas on here! If you have a cake mix and a can of pumpkin, mix them together and bake as directed for cupcakes (18) Fabulous with chocolate, spice or red velvet cake!!

simply amazing! Great work!

When I came to terms with the scale screaming 230 at me and my dr said it was time for bp meds... I was only 32!

Same boat as you :) I have been a SAHM for 11 years, and I have 3 as well. And I am on here all the time b/c I need grownups to interact with, LOL

Not a trainer, but I think it depends on the scale. Mine at home measures bf and it tells me something differenct all the time. I see a nutritionist and she has a VERY expensive, fancy scale (which is why I see her, lol) I have compared the printout from hers with caliper measurements and it seems pretty consistently…

I never log them! I clean everyday, therefore it's already figured into my daily activity level. If I ate every calorie I'd earned cleaning I'd be huge.
-
If it's bad for me I'm headed down a dangerous road b/c I eat it almost every day, LOL I love it!! Not crazy about the low-fat though, I either get natural or the Peter Pan whipped :)

It might go back up but it will be temporary. A week off is a good thing occasionally!!! Congrats!!!
-
take a walk or get a workout in and don't worry about it! That's why I loke to log it before I eat it, it's not so likely to creep up on ya that way.

amazing photos! Congratulations!

cheese is a great snack. Sometimes I grate some on top of a grilled chicken breast to get in extra protein too.

My dog came from a rescue shelter as well and she is amazing! We know her mom was a golden retriever and the vet swears dad was a pitt or pitt mix. She is the sweetest dog EVER! She wants everybody and everything to be her friend and she is super gentle. My 3 y/o sits on her like a horse and crawls in the crate with her…

I miss my boobs! They're just gone :/

I looked at your diary for the last couple days, are you measuring everything... I saw 3 c of half and half on there yesterday? Maybe counting cals isn't the approach you should take right now. Maybe you should try lower carbs/higher protein approach?? Check out marksdailyapple.com or atkins.com, there is good info on both…

Popcorn is always a good one. I like to pop it in coconut oil and just a tiny bit of salt. Yummy! Celery and peanut butter is a fav too.

love this!

If it's the only way you can get water in, by all means use it! Mio is good too :)

Oh my, I could've written this myself!!! I just try to stay busy and not think about it, or drink hot tea in the evening. Seems like that's when it piles up on me the worst. As far as a reward for a long day.... I have 3 kids so I just collapse into bed,LOL

I was 1 of 3 and I have 3 now. I love having more than1 and they are fairly close in age. My boys (the 2 oldest) are best buddies and I can't imagine 1 not having the other. They do everything together! My daughter is 5 years younger than the middle one and they are very close to her as well, they spoil her rotten! I am…
