I feel the same way! Sometimes I have to look twice at my reflection if I am out somewhere b/c I think it's someone else. I also still see me as fat, especially when I get out of the shower.

bump an dgood morning to you, my fine friend!!

You picked a great site, MFP is amazing! Good luck and feel free to add me if you wish :)

I drink lots of water before and after I run or walk, but rarely during... only if it's really hot out or I am working out a long time. I take gum with me and it keeps me from getting a dry mouth. I don't like stopping for a drink either :)

I feel the same way! I have nursed 3 babies, they served their purpose!! I need padding now to keep the girls perky, but a B is fine with me :)

I have one from 11 years ago and it still works great! I hate the thing, but it works great, LOL (I should clarify that I only hate working out on it b/c I'd rather be outside :)) The price is right considering I paid 600 bucks for mine!

Excellent! Thanks :)

It's all in getting your head in the right place :) No small task, I know! I have been stuck aorund the same weight for several months now. I just got back from vacation and it felt like a reset button. Hopefully I can keep it together now to lose this last little bit. Friend me if you want!!

I just got back from being gone all week and I logged (not too obsessively) and worked out every day. I did go over 2 or 3 days and I ate most of my exercise cals. I am up 4.5 lbs but we ate out all day yesterday and I had a ton of sodium. I am anxious to see how much of it is just fluid and comes down fast. Good luck!…

I've been on here actively for 1 year (this Sunday will be a year actually) and I don't plan on going anywhere for a long time :)

LOVE love LOVE my kids! I couldn't wait to have them, my first was born 2 years into our marriage. We have 3 and they are the greatest gift God could have ever given me! I had them between ages 22 and 30 and have no regrets. :)

Well put! He's the bestest!!!

I wore boots this past year for the first time in probably 10 years! I started jogging, but I think it was just losing in general that got them there. I've always had thick legs and they were the LAST place I lost! Good luck!!

Yes! I was a 36/38C or D after kids, that's when I was at my largest. After nursing 3 of the little buggers (ie having the life sucked out of me, quite literally) and losing all of my baby weight from 11 years I now wear a 34 A or heavily padded B. Heck, I could'd probably go with a training bra now:laugh: I would say no…
