Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I greatly appreciate the insight, suggestions and support...my clothes are fitting differently so I know that something is definitely working; I don't like looking at the scale hover around the same number for two weeks. I will surly update you all on my progress, thanks again :-)

Thank you! I enjoy egg whites for the protein but I used to make an egg white omlette on 1/2 of a whole wheat pita...too time consuming. Hopefully others will have some quick ideas as well.
