Good morning all,

I hope the note finds you doing well. I'm not really sure how this works, lol, so please bear with me. I am extremely new to MFP but not to the weight loss game. I downloaded the MFP app to my phone and have used it everyday for nearly two weeks. I find it extremely helpful in giving me a visual to what goes into my system.

Thanks for reading this and if anyone has any delicious and healthy breakfast ideas for a woman on the go (I don't like to take a lot of time making breakfast in the morning; would rather get to my classroom and set up for the day / get assignments graded), please share.

    good luck i have a hard time with breakfast myself poach eggs or some fruit im stumped its a apple or orange for me

    Thank you! I enjoy egg whites for the protein but I used to make an egg white omlette on 1/2 of a whole wheat pita...too time consuming. Hopefully others will have some quick ideas as well.

    well fresh fruit is always an option! i like cherries, grapes, and bananas the best, but apples are great for on-the-go! I also like to eat plain Cheerios (not Honey Nut) with a little skim milk.
  • for easy protein breakfast try some cottage cheese and pinapple or whatever fruit of your choice :-0 i like Fiber One cottage cheese its less in calories + you get some painless fiber in
