I saw this post yesterday (Monday) and it shined a light on what I've probably been doing to myself. Those cookies (or whatever the snack) just before bed are BAD. ThAnK YoU! I made sure I didn't eat anything after 9:00pm last night. I'm going to challenge myself to stay faithful for at least a week and check my results.

Of course, everyone is different. For me, I didn't start losing BODY FAT until I started working with a trainer that had me working out in my Fat Burning zone and building muscle. The scale hardly moved (about 2 lbs), but I lost 6% body fat.

 I too got myself a fancy HRM so I could better track what was going on. After a run on the treadmill at the gym, I asked my husband's trainer-- "what does it mean if half the time, I was above my range"-- (I wont go into all the details he provided, but to simplify), I burned a lot of calories, but didn't burn as…

:indifferent: I guess I see it differently. I don't have a lot of lbs to lose, but I'm trying to lose body fat-- thus I need to stay in my "zone" longer and the machines and MFP calculations are "off" compared to the info I get from my HRM. I know some people would say to not eat back my exercise calories so that I stay at…

My husband was using shakeology to replace his breakfast and liked the product. Long story short-- he had some extensive lab work done by the endocrinologist (nothing to do with weight loss) and some results were very "off". When asked if he was on any "medication" that would skew the results-- no meds, just drinking…

I bought the FT4 two weeks ago. Gives me all the info I need. I saw some other reviews that stated concernes about wanting it to store weeks of entries, but I don't need to store that much history. The only small negative I have is the back-lighting-- I would like it to stay on a few more seconds longer. :glasses:

Bump.

:glasses: If you have a New Balance store in your town, they do stock the larger ladies sizes (my running shoes are 12AA). None of the other sports stores 'stock' larger sizes. If I want to 'try' another brand, I just order a few pair and try on/return (Zappos free returns).

I'm wanting to try Ripped in 30 as my work out on days I can't get to the gym. I love 30DS and did it a few times over the last 2 yrs. I've loaned it to my sister and I'm missing my dose of JM

:indifferent: My hunsband says the same thing. My family joined a LARGE gym and our boys go in the mens locker room with my husband-- I'm sure my imagination doesn't even come close to what my 4th grader is seeing in there :noway:

 I know this post is a few weeks old, but it's funny, I had the same question. I finished 30DS a few weeks ago and then joined a gym-- however, I'm concerned I'm not getting a "core" work-out at the gym like I was with 30DS. So, I wanted to add in one of these on the days I work out at home. Thanks for the comments…

Still here. Missed a few days along the way due to travel/work-- but I knew that before I started and my goal was to finish before spring break-- which is next week for us :drinker: Go Team 30DS!!!
-
 Luv 30DS. The concept is to do Level 1 for 10 days, Level 2 for 10 days, Level 3 for 10 days. Even if the days aren't consecutive, you still do each level 10 time before moving on. Your strenght & endurance will increase-- Participate in the entire work-out for that day, but rest during the work-out as you need…

Had a very bad "gastro" issue thanks to Slim Fast (it was the kind that put on a few pounds-- not weight loss). Took weeks to resolve and never touched that junk again.

 I've had other MFP friends give thumbs up on Ripped in 30 and also JM Body Rev. I'm thinking Ripped in 30 After Spring Break.

So glad I found this group. I luv JM and I've been a fan of 30 Day Shred for a couple of years. I'm doing another round of 30DS as we speak. My question-- I'm looking for my next work out and had considered Ripped in 30, but one of my MFP friends said I should look into Body Revolution. Would luv some feedback from folks…
