  • I do not think there can be a negative effect other than the side effects that can come with eating too much fiber like gas or cramps... I used to take psyllium husk powder usually 30 grams a day and I survived.. The worst part was how that sticky fiber residue wouldn't come off my drinking glasses
  • Everything I have read about diets is that 50 or 60grams of protein a day are fine for most people depending on your weight Unless you are trying to be a hardcore athlete or bodybuilder you probably do not need more protein than that..
