I have a 2 year old little girl. I usually exercise with her right along with me. I notice that if I exercise and don't mind her much when she becomes clingy, something else draws her attention. When I do Zumba, she does it right along with me. Also, when she's napping I take advantage of that time.

Roller Skating or Ice Skating would be fun!! Bowling is a great alternative as well. As far as dinner, go somewhere that you know will have a healthy alternative menu.

Graduated H.S in 2004 and I weighed around 165lbs, now I am 190lbs. At my heaviest I was 230lbs... I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT WEIGHT!!!

I'd have to say the texters. People who sit on the bike machine and text the whole time...like really?? To each his own, but I go to the gym to get my workout in and get out. I guess the gym is used for more than just exercising, some people just want an excuse to get out of the house.

Just think of the progression that you've made thus far. Like someone said before, make your own juicy and delicious burgers. Lean beef or ground lean turkey and plenty of veggies.
