I make cauliflower rice all the time - but i do it a little differently: i add diced onion to the oil with the garlic, sauteing it until translucent and then additng the cauliflower - just a little different taste. I also buy green giant cauliflower crumbles and give them a whirl in my food processor - easier than the…

1 tablespoon olive oil (flavored is awesome, like garlic or tuscan herb), 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon dijon, 1 - 2 crushed garlic cloves and any herbs you want (can be dried). great tasting using a GOOD fat - a little goes a long way

It doesn't show up in the public database yet - they haven't added that feature: but if you are trying to add your recipe to a meal, shoose your meal (lunch or whatever) then click on the Add Food and then click on the Recipes tab. The only recipes you can see are your own

First of all - Great job Anthoney! I am the same: lost 20, then lost motivation. I'm going for another shot and am super motivated! I am turning 57 and I want this year to be the year I can finally shop and fit into things!!!

Another favorite: my son and his friends could eat this all day! Here is a great quick and easy Chile Verde. 3 – 5 pounds of pork shoulder or butt – whatever has less fat an onion (chopped), garlic, a little cumin, a large can of Green Chile Enchilada Sauce, large can of roasted and chopped green chilis, a large jar of…

More than 5 ingredients, but it is REALLY worth it. Just throw all the following in the crock pot and cook for 8 hours on low (I do the last hour on high because it makes the peas more "creamy". A bit spicy so not for picky kids (although mine love it) Ham and Split Pea Soup Ingredients • 1 pound dried split peas • 2 ham…

How about slow cooking it to make pork chili verde - if your kids are young you can avoid the "heat" and just add hot sauce to your own dish. Low cal and fabulous!! I take the "easy way out" 4-5 pound pork roast (or less, just adpt) 1 diced onion one can of green enchilada sauce (large can) 1/2 bottle of green salsa small…

Do you know how many calories there are in one ounce?
-
Probably the lowest in calories and carbs is vodka - club soda.....if I feel "wild" I add a splash of cranberry. Party away :)
-
this looks great - will try tomorrow!!
-
forgot the most important part - 188 calories, 12 servings :)

Recipe: This is amazing - but note that it is WITHOUT the mashed potatoes on top :) I found this on the web as Gordon Ramsey's Shepards Pie and adapted it a bit......If yyou DO make the potatoes on top it is 10 servings at 155 calories each.....I just leave the potatoes offhalf of this and let the kids eat from the "fun"…
-
1/2 a serving of the shepards pie I made for dinner - without the potatoes....113 of the best calories ever!!
-
sigh :). That is what I figured - but somewhere along the line it has to change - if you reduced it to 1/4 of a cup would it still be 1,600 calories?
