I would highly recommend a foam roller. I struggled with calf problems and shin splints and since using this have had neither. If got time use before running and then afterwards & 10mins in the evening. Look for Videos on You Tube for decent exercises. It will hurt to start but will be worth it :)

Well on SW you could eat pretty much anything on the Extra Easy plan but although I lost weight I think I could have lost so much more as I am terrible with portion control!!! This is why I am still following the rule of SW but tracking on MFP to make sure I keep the calorie intake low!!

I do the 30DS and I just take it at my own pace but by the sounds of it you should be OK ie, Zumba, power walking numerous times a week - surprised you can find the time to do the 30DS :wink: Hope you enjoy and it is only 30min workouts including warm up/cool down :happy:

My meal would be from the local indian and it is a Chicken and Doner Calazone with everything on it - it is massive and could be eaten over 2days so a little more than a 1 day cheat meal but totally worth it but also the reason that I am using this site!!!!!

I try to log everything in the morning when I get into work, that way I know if I am able to have a wee treat or snack. Thanks all, the watch I have is a touch sensor and you just touch the side and the calories come up after about 10secs. I have never thought it to be that unaccurate but I was just wondering what other people thought. I might try that Polar one that was recommended - once I have the pennies!!!
