Go outside! Ive had a treadmill at home before and got too bored with it and never stuck with a regular routine. Now I walk/run around my neighborhood or my kids school track (which gets boring too), but my favorite place to run is on the trails down by the river where I live!!!

Thanks guys! I still have quite a bit of fat to lose so I am going to stop the heavy lifting for a while and just focus on losing then I will pick back up with the weights! Thanks again :smile:

I have it set for lightly active and it has weekly weight loss set at 1.1 lbs per week. I am 5'1 and I weigh 131.8 now and I am trying to get to 115. I started dieting and exercising (more) March 22nd and I was 147lbs then.

Thanks. I only get online at work that's why my entries are few. I do however keep count in a journal everyday along with when I log onto MFP. Trying to stick with it and not get discouraged :)
