Hungrier on off days
I am finding myself hungrier on the days that I don't run....anyone else experience this on their off days?? Anyone know why?

Not loosing at the speed I want/ critique me
I have been kind of stuck this month @ 126 and then went down to 125 last week....this is PMS week so that may factor but I was at 126 for about 3 weeks. Look at my info and see if you can offer any advice!

How can I figure the calories I need to consume to be able to build muscle? On strength training there is not a calories earned like the cardio tracker. Have any of you ladies had a change in cycle since dieting and exercising? I usually start on day 28 and today is day 32 and still no period. Not PG either, I now only have my right tube and it is cut, burned and tied!

Not losing *HELP*
