  • Everyone has already said it but I totally agree with 30 day shred - Jillian Michaels. Definitely does the trick! Good luck!
  • Thanks for the suggestions! Turbofire sounds like it might be just what I'm looking for.
  • Thanks for the ChaLEAN Extreme suggestion. I already have 10 Minute Trainer which is also from BeachBody and I love their workouts so I'll definitely check this one out!
  • For those asking, 30 Day Shred is a DVD fitness program by Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser). I actually do this about 3-4 times a week already now. It has 3 levels, with 1 being the beginner set and level 3 being the hardest. I don't care much for Jillian but like the workout that this DVD provides and it's only about…
  • Thank everyone! I'm 5'1, 138 lbs. I was thinking somewhere around 200 calories for Levels 2 or 3. I didn't know how to log it either so thanks for the tips to log it under Circuit Training. I know it's definitely better than doing nothing and gives me more calories to eat for the day. Thanks again for the responses.

  • Welcome also! I've been doing it for a couple wks and lost 4 lbs so far. This is an awesome site with lots of motivation and tips. Very encouraging  I don't live in FL, but you can add me as a friend as well if you'd like
  • Way to go! It's amazing the added health benefits losing weight can have besides just being skinny and feeling good about yourself. I have Crohn's and eating healthy and staying at a good weight is a must to maintain my Crohn's. I was there last year and hoping to get back there now. Keep up the good work!
  • Welcome! I joined a couple weeks ago and heard about it from a friend also. Good Luck!
  • I know it is frustrating not seeing the scales go down. I've lost 1.2 so far and tomorrow is my weigh in day. I'm really hoping I see some more movement. Last year I somewhat watched what I ate, but did 10 Minute Trainer and ended up going from a size 12 to a 4/6 in 2 months! While the results were great, I only lost 5…
