Good and quick DVD

Looking for some type of exercise video that is about 20 mins or shorter that really does it all. I have been totally slacking and want to get back on track. I have about 20-30 mins during the day where I want to get a good well rounded workout in. Something that burns quite a few calories in a short amount of time. No series or challenges just 1 DVD that I can do for now.

    30 Day Shred- it only takes about 20 mins a day, and combines strength, toning, and cardio, and it really makes ya sweat! Highly recommend it!

    I like Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It is about 27 minutes in total (includes warm up and cool down) and the DVD has 3 levels.

    I agree. 30 Day Shred. All totaled is is about 27 minutes but there are three main workout intervals and if pressed for time, you could always skip on of the three intervals.
  • I agree. Jillian Michaels 30day shred or any Biggest Loser DVD will work. Most of them are 30 minutes (including warm up and cool down).

    Everyone has already said it but I totally agree with 30 day shred - Jillian Michaels. Definitely does the trick! Good luck!

    For just straight aerobics the Dance off the inches 15 min express dance workout with Lydia Haskell. Not too boring, generic music but quick and sorta fun!
