I've been using the app on my phone for a couple weeks now and really like it. I think the support the actual website gives is awesome! I haven't been able to find out though how many calories programs like 10 Minute Trainer (Tony Horton) or 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels) burns. Does anyone have an idea? I have a ways to…
