I've been using the app on my phone for a couple weeks now and really like it. I think the support the actual website gives is awesome! I haven't been able to find out though how many calories programs like 10 Minute Trainer (Tony Horton) or 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels) burns. Does anyone have an idea?

I have a ways to go but determined to lose the weight. I feel so much better already and I've not lost very much yet. :happy:

    I know what you mean about not losing much yet but still feeling great..in the last few weeks I haven't lost a single pound even tho I have been counting my calories and working out at least an hour a day, and even tho not seeing the scale go down is frustrating, I still can tell a slight difference in the way my body is shaped so I am hanging onto that and not giving up. Plus, I do feel better overall, which is great!

    I know it is frustrating not seeing the scales go down. I've lost 1.2 so far and tomorrow is my weigh in day. I'm really hoping I see some more movement. Last year I somewhat watched what I ate, but did 10 Minute Trainer and ended up going from a size 12 to a 4/6 in 2 months! While the results were great, I only lost 5 lbs! I lost lots of inches but then went through some health issues with my mom and put some of it back on. Now i'm just really wanting to see the scale #'s go down so I'm focusing more on just cardio (running/walking) and my diet.
