I drink diet soda and I occasionally have a Reese's cup and maybe a real soda if I feel like it but it's not something you can finally the time because it will up your points fast but occasionally it's ok

I do both at the end of the night I take the carbs fat protein and fiber #s from Mfp and use weight watchers calculator to get one big total of points for the day..

I use to get over 10000 on my fitbit now its more like 7000 or 8000 but I definitely wont to get back to 10000 and over

I think I picked up a vhs tape at the goodwill and came home and tried it out and fell in love with it

I do weight watchers, swear by my fitbit can't leave home without it and I love mfp database I also use ww etools but I take my totals from mfp and plug into etools and see how many points it is for the whole day

I get calories added in from fitbit and I try not to eat them but thats easier said than done

I was on phentermine lost 20 pounds and of course gained 30 back it does work but results are short term

I'm trying to not eat a lot during my 3rd shift..500 calories or less..but my job as a c.n.a can be strenous so therefore I use energy and sometimes get hungry and want to darn near eat a full course meal

Its a super snazzy pedometer but I love it..I also have a mio motiva heart rate watch..the fitbit really motivates you to get off your butt and on your feet

I have a fitbit ultra and it really motivates me..I also have a mio heart rate monitor watch..I loved ut to death when I first got it but I don't know how accurate it was..but I love fitness gadgets
