Yea, i took mine back to walmart after 3 days of wild swings in BF%, it could be off by 3-5% weighting back to back, so i have them do it at the Dr. office or at the gym now.

YES!! I have to cover the time or focus on something else, if i watch it, it seems like forever LOL!!

Its also possible you could be underestimating your calories, because no matter how careful i am i think i do it. My calories are set lower than what i really think im eating for that reason. It is really easy to do, and i weigh everything.

Its 3 pounds more than what my BMI says is the range for 6 ft, but i was this weight in 2007 and i liked it, i figure i will get there and then decide if i want to go lower or not

All these suggestions are good + plus make sure you weight yourself at the same time of day each time. I recommend the morning after you have gone to the bathroom and before you eat or drink anything. That helps with water weight variations

I know how you feel, i was bad today too, I have eaten 2411 calories today, and its only 6pm, even with exercise thrown in im -520 calories over my limit

I know how you feel most of the fat (lost 24lbs) I have lost is on my legs, *kitten*, face, and neck. Only a small portion of it has been from around my belly and love handles. We just have to be patient, it will come off eventually if you just keep plugging at it.
