Hi I'm new here. I'm trying to get gluten free. High antibodies show that at the very least, I have a gluten sensitivity. My doctor wasn't very interested in trying to get to the root of any of my symptoms.....just here let me up your levothyroxine. So, I am trying to go GF on my own....with no family support....and myβ¦

Thanks for the invite gp. The "fat girl" in me would make and eat one of these for EVERY meal. BUT since I'm working on everything in moderation, I will have to settle for making one and having a nice LARGE slice BEFORE the husband and 16 year old son get ahold of it. Trisha

Thank you. For some odd reason it never came in that you had replied to this question. I just happened to be looking for something else and saw that there were several replies that I'd never seen listed.

My goal for the month is 100 miles. I've had a very lazy start on getting myself on track this year as far as exercise is concerned. I've gotten the food diary and eating healthier down pat so now I feel less overwhelmed and can add getting my butt moving to the equation. 2/2 = 2.5miles

Thanks for the invite  I'm nowhere near close to 100 for January, but I can get 1/2 way there with what I already have and hitting my treadmill over the next few days. There are 11 more months in this year for me to make up my deficit  I know I CAN do this since last year I was putting in 100+ miles walkingβ¦

Got it at Whole Foods. So I can saute it and add spaghetti sauce and call it good? I'm totally tempeh and tofu ignorant on cooking it. I love Whole foods tofu dishes from the deli, but the one and only time I tried cooking it was a total FLOP.

I'm really interested in Veganism/Vegetarianism as a healthier choice alternative to the foods I eat now. I'm in the process of finding recipes that I feel would work for me (both budget wise and easy to make). I don't normally cook, it's one of the things my husband enjoys and I do not. My husband and son are both "meatβ¦

I'm not Vegan, but stumbled across this group last night and decided to come in and look around anyway. I went over and looked at the 21-day kickstart site and at the recipes there and really liked alot of them. I'm really looking into different ways of eating, but I would have NO support at home if I choose to go Vegan.β¦

Our oldest son is almost 23, finished his degree and working a great job. Our middle child is our daughter, almost 22, in college working on her degree. Ourβ¦
