    It has been serious hit and miss with the weather. Hopefully we have hit the last heavy snow of the year :). I don't mind walking with it on the ground but I need some visibility LOL!

    10.77 miles so 10percent. Gonna have to step it up :)

    10 km so far. I do the treadmill 3 days a week, when I don't do tai chi, aquafitness or swimming. This counts for two days so far. I do about 6.2 km on average.

    Spent some time in the gym on the treadmill doing fartleks, 14.34mi on the stationary bike, and did some walking in the snow last night as well! Lovely!

    Well, the bad news is that I'm ~12-13 miles behind where I should be for the month... the good news is that I ran 11 miles today, so am at least on the board.

    Off to a slow start this month (doctor's orders!)... but I'm feeling better and ready to do this!
    Friday 2/3 and Saturday 2/4- Rest days
    Sunday 2/5- 3.96 miles (.67 walk and 3.29 run)

    My goal for the month is 100 miles. I've had a very lazy start on getting myself on track this year as far as exercise is concerned. I've gotten the food diary and eating healthier down pat so now I feel less overwhelmed and can add getting my butt moving to the equation.
