100 Miles in Feb 2012 - How far can you go?

I'll be inside the rest of the month due to the weather so I would like to complete 300 miles on the stationary bike in Feb.

    Goal 100 miles (fell a wee short in Jan) - But I know that I can do it this month.

    Going away on vacation in a week so not sure I'll manage 100 miles, but I will give it my best.

    I think I was bang on target for January. Bring it on Feb!

    Morning commute is in the bag and it's off to the footy tonight so lots of walking to and from stations and the stadium.

    Have started! Just did a couple miles before work but will do more tonight. Just
    wanted to get started. Super Bowl weekend here in Indy! This city is one big party
    A lot going on.

    Goal is 100 miles for me. I will be on VN at the end of the month, so I need to book it to get it in before then.

    Going to shoot for 50 miles this month. I do other exercises, so 50 miles will be a good challenge for me.

    I did an hour on my treadmill, probably under 4 km, today. I forgot to look when I got off. I treadmill three days a week for 90 minutes, getting 6.2 km in. I also swim and do aquafitness twice a week. I try to swim for an hour, but I don't know how long the pool is. And for two days a week I am learning tai chi. No distance in that!

    This month I will aim for 150 km, which is just under the 160 km equivalent of 100 miles.
