    Going to shoot for 50 miles this month. I do other exercises, so 50 miles will be a good challenge for me.

    2/1- 2.0 miles (walk/jog)

    I need to step it up!! Only 1.6 miles today (only about 1/4 mile of running and I walked the rest). I'm going to try to get back to normal tomorrow and get on track for February.

    Train was cancelled this morning so I had to walk in to work from the burbs at a furious (literally) pace. But it all adds up to that 100-a-month I suppose #silverlining
