Exactly!

The 8 glasses rule is a gross exaggeration and doesn't follow common sense anyway. Why would the exact same amount of water be necessary for any & every person regardless of size, climate, lifestyle, eating habits, etc. Doesn't make sense. A better rule is to make sure your urine is "clear and copious" at least once a day.…

Yes. Sandy429 is over 1000 now and a couple others of my friends are close behind her. She's amazing and consistent! In fact, when she hit 1,000 I started a thread to congratulate her. Here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/739313-congrats-sandy429-1000-days-counting?hl=sandy429

Yeah, I used to talk like that... about 3 years ago. I told myself that I could quit anytime. I just "wanted to keep my streak alive" or "wanted to keep in touch". Hear me now, and listen to me later - GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN! NOOWW!!! RUN!!!

I really don't mind it at all now, although yes I do think regular tastes better. My 8 yr old on the other hand, LOVES it and refuses to eat regular bacon! Weird kid!

It has to go on maintenance once in a while or it might go into starvation mode

This was our first TV. Later we converted it into an aquarium.

Why isn't there a group for the truly old ones?

Cali has sexy legs, obviously. And she's an awesome friend :drinker:

Yep, it's one of those "hurts so good" things. If it hurts, you're doing it right. It should, however, hurt less as you loosen up the muscles & tissues.

Quite suckingly, I have to be in a hotel without FX channel! If my DVR doesn't get this or if it gets messed with I'munna be REAL pissed!

NOOOO! Why did this have to be while I'm out of town without FX in my hotel?!?!?! If my DVR doesn't get this I'm going on a killing spree!
-
Ahh! I killed it!

I agree with what's been said. The only thing I could add is the shoulder dropping could be helped by keeping your head/neck position at the same angle as your back. Rippetoe suggests looking down rather than straight ahead. But I know I struggle with that too since I wanna watch myself in the mirror.

I do all my testing on humans

I'm in this age group... I think. I stopped counting a while back

I'm SUCH a fan of Toyota pickups. I'm on my 3rd one now with my Tacoma TRD Sport.

I've just learned that when it's time to buy pads, I'm also supposed to buy chocolate and gummy bears. They should just come pre-bundled.

Don't put us all into your category man. Not all of us take as long as you to figure out life a little.
-
HAHAHAH!
-
So I'm guessing you wouldn't even consider a 100 yr old?
-
Yeah, it's in the database as "heavy lifting" *rimshot*

Sounds like the typical Spike Diet. Same concept anyway.

Interesting topic. I actually do have one from a 2 yr relationship from about 15 yrs ago (or part of it anyway). I actually felt bad about throwing some of it away; she put a LOT of work into some of the stuff. I don't feel an attachment anymore, but some of the stuff was really creative & stuff. And it wasn't like a nasty…

Well, almost none. On a good day, meaning I've been eating at a surplus consistently and haven't had any long sessions of cardio in the past few days and I'm feeling good, I can hit the next recommended step forward in the Wendler 5/3/1 progression (typically added 5 lb for an upper lift or 10 lb for a lower body lift).…
