I'm on day 5 of no sugar! Its been quite easy this time around. I only eat natural sugar from fruits. I have been making sure I eat protein at each meal w/ a carb. We have been talking about moving to Florida forever as well. So, we decided to put his resume out there and see what happens. Well, the company he has been interviewing with is flying him out next week to present him with an offer. So, I should know next week if we are leaving or staying. :)

My sister came into town and has to eat all the Chicago foods she misses since they don't offer them in Boston. I had Giordano's pizza, Portillo's, White Castle... and the food I made on Sunday which was healthy. Plus, cookies and chocolate pudding pie. It's a new week... time to kick it up a notch!

I agree. You must increase your calorie intake and water. I lost weight just from breastfeeding. I also would check with your doctor before dieting. You don't want to cheat your baby out of any nutrients.

That was thoughtful of him. Next time just have a small serving if you really want it. Then I just put it under hot water, and its gone. And the temptations goes down the drain with it.
