You could be detoxing too which can cause headaches... Foods with fiber can help with hunger.... things like oatmeal can too. Make sure your getting your MIN required water amount... The amount of water you should be drinking is half your body weight... for example if you weigh 180 you need to be drinking 90 oz of water...…

My Dr wanted me on @ 900 ... I try to keep between 900 - 1000 so far I'm down 7lbs... I also have Hashimoto''s (Hypothyroidism) so losing weight is that much harder but I'm trying to make healthy choices to help improve how I feel and live.

I can tell you after one week of drinking a min of 64 oz a day ... my skin is glowing! My husband even noticed how clear and bright it is starting to get! I bought the Jillian Micheals ones... My bootcamp instructor who is a personal trainer said that one was okay ... I found it at walmart. I haven't tasted it yet though... I just started the C25k program too! I just completed week one! :) I'm doing the treadmill version. I set my treadmill for 2.5 as my walk speed and had 4.0 as my run speed.
