You scan it then it gives an option to change the quantity. I've noticed that Vitality yoghurts are wrong. It states however many calories for the 125g pot but the cals are actually for 100g. This makes it 25% low.

I had been tracking it as 20 min circuit training but I realised that level 2 is actually around 17 minutes long.

Up until the last week or so I couldn't hold my weight at all. I've been doing the 30 Day Shred and for the first time in my life I can do proper pressups. My arms kill trying to hold myself but I am getting there. Keep trying and hopefully you'll be the same.

What about the 30 Day Shred DVD?

You need to look at your diet. You might not have eaten a great deal of calories (too few really) but you've not eaten good calories. It appears to be processed food full of sugar and salt.

Just make it as you normally would but eat a small portion. Fill your plate with salad or veg.

What do you track this as uder exercise? Is it just classed as 20 mintues circuits?

These freeze really well. I often make them for my son's school lunch. I just defrost one and pop into his box.

The Runkeeper app is free.

I'm close by too, in Corby. I've just started running recently.

I often have to come onto the PC to change the portion size, that isn't as easy to do on the phone app.
