Going to my first class tonight. Was trying to log it onto my exercise schedule for today so I can see how many calories it will earn me (terrible choice for breakfast out with kids this morning, so I only have 66 calories for dinner YIKES! lol ) --- anyway, can't find an entry in the search for Zumba - anybody know the numbers for this? thanks

Also, regular gym shoes work ok or do I need ballet slippers or something similar?

i think regular shoes work just fine, enjoy and have fun!

I wear split sole dance shoes.
