Im 23 and my total weight loss goal is 170. I have lost 85 now I am just trying to lose 85 pounds.

I am 5 ft 8 and my doctors always tell me that my ideal weight is 135 to 150, So I don't think 130 is to skinney for someone who is 5''5 just get down to where you feel comfortable when you get down to 145 and you don't like it and want to lose more then do it. :)

I have done diet pills before, they are mostly a scam. Everyone wants the easy way out, but when it comes to losing weight there are no short cuts. I wouldn't waste my time or money and pills anymore. Besides there is a reason they put works with good diet and excersie. In order to lose weight you have to stop eating bad…
