I only log cleaning (or gardening) calories when I work so hard that I feel like I have increased my heart-rate. Yes a monitor would be good for this, but I can tell when I'm really working out or just cleaning up. I would probably log in half the time. It is a personal thing. For some people it's an effort to do laundry…

It does become difficult sitting by my computer when I should be working or exercising That said, if you don't need friends, why do you have 73?

Enjoy what you love! Just don't overdo it. Real cheeseisn't bad unless you are lactose intolerant, but you still need to eat it in moderation. When I was on Weight Watchers in 1970 (I know, a verrry long time ago), I remember we were only allowed to eat hard cheeses. If it says processed or cheese food, forget it. Eat the…

This sounds like a good idea for my big T shirts. Thanks.

Please let us know if or when you give. I'd love to know how it goes.

Good for you for wanting to donate. As others said, make sure you eat and hydrate before you give. Tell them you have had a problem in the past. Since you passed out when you sat up, it's also a good idea to drink or eat before you get up. Get up slowly. Take the extra time. You really are saving a life.

Sometimes when I have great leftovers, I eat them. It doesn't have to be "breakfast foo"

I like cottage cheese on toast or with fruit. Yogurt is also good especially with fresh fruit. There are lots of ways to eat eggs. I like poached on toast, scrambled and in an omelet. I have been meaning to try french toast. Soaking the bread overnight gives you more protein with less carbs.

I don't have pain, but I know all about anxiety and depression. I have experienced it on and off for 40 years since my early 20's. I have found it difficult to deal with big changes in my life. It doesn't seem to matter if the change is good or bad. I now know I'm bipolar. I think it is impossible for anyone who hasn't had…

Pick the best choices. If you don't love it, don't eat it. I also plan to bring fruit and veggies so I won't be so tempted by the higher calorie choices. You could also bring kabobs. (shrimp sounds lovely). If you drink wine you can dilute it with club soda so it seems like you are drinking more. Keep a water bottle handy.…

Instead of butter or oil, you can use an oil spray. Much healthier Be sure to use herbs and I like pepper. Don't cook it too much. I like it grilled (also asparagus, zucchini and eggplant

Also check with your Dr. If it hurts, DON'T do it. Some basic yoga moves are great for the back, especially, Embryo, and Down Dog. Don't do any position that puts your head below your heart if you have high or low blood pressure or it makes you dizzy. Yoga is not supposed to be exciting, so some people do find it boring.…

I made my own wedding dress. I copied the design off a dress I saw in Brides Magazine and made my own pattern. Bought the material, lace and everything else I needed in the garment district of Philadelphia. I think it cost about $50 in 1970. I still have it. I wish it still fit.

Congratulations on quitting smoking ....a very healthy choice. I don't have a smart phone so I have to use my laptop and read labels.

We used to camp, but in a tent. My husband says our camping changed to Bed and Breakfasts. After retiring we tend to be more frugal with our travels. Maybe camping/RVing is the ticket

Ok, ! was 157 on St Patrick's Day and I'm 149 today, May 4. New goal is 144 by June 1. I don't see 135 happening that soon. Maybe by July 1.

I have found by tracking the foods I eat on MFP that the biggest percentage of iron comes from fortified cereals, pastas and breads. Spinach and other dark leafy vegetables had some, but not as much as a bowl Total or even Cheerios.
