Great ideas everyone but I should have said in my orginal post that I am allergic to dairy. That is why I am struggling so, breakfasts are very dairy driven. :grumble:

Don't want to threadjeack but I started a Challenge over in the Fitness area called "Walking/Running Challege" where we set our own monthly goals and track as a group as well. The group is shooting for 2000 miles all together in August. We'd love to have you over there! :tongue:

This is great but one thing, I think it should also include each person's monthly goal, so maybe this is better (?) : ~MY~ Goal for August: 50 Today I walked 3.3 + ....which makes my total so far this month 10.6 ~GROUP~ Goal for month 2000 miles 3.3. is my total for today + 1023 for the Group total so far = 1026 miles

This is a tough one but I'd say no biking miles. Someone challenge me if you think that's not fair. I am saying no because its a walk/run/jog challenge. Opinions?

I'd say workout miles only, commuting to work (although overall count) should not be included in this challenge. And BTW, wooohooo on 10 miles per day!!!! That is awesome.

Here is my suggestion: Group total so far: XXX miles + my miles XXX = XXXXX miles so far So evertime you log in to add your total copy and paste the last one and add in yours. What 'cha think?
