Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Hmm, this is my first time doing this so hopefully I am understanding what to do correctly

Mon: 415 calories - treadmill 45 minutes on an incline between 5 & 10% walking at 5.5km to 6km an hour

First time - Great idea!

Mon: 1078 (20 min strength training; 45 min elliptical; 45 min. walk)

I kind of fell off last week, but still burned over 2900 calories!!
I measure my burns with an HRM.
Weekly Goal: 3500
Mon: 848 calories burned (334 by Walking 55 min; 298 with a 10 min warm up, and 24 min of cardio video; 216 with strength training and toning exercises)
