    Mon: 848 calories burned (334 by Walking 55 min; 298 with a 10 min warm up, and 24 min of cardio video; 216 with strength training and toning exercises)
    Tues: 445 calories burned (Gazelle, jogging around home (it was rainy today!) and a cardio video.)

    Hello all

    I am purposing to challenge myself to this thread next week. The week ending today has been way to hectic, my exercise level has been terrible. The only consistent thing has been walking the dog. Oh well, nothing I can do about the past week, I am so looking forward to my walk with the dog today and starting this thread again tomorrow. Congratulations to all that made their goal of burning 3500 calories. You Did It!!! Give yourself a hug :happy:
