I just recently learned what a burpee was - and I cannot imagine being able to do more than 1 or 2 at this point. However, they're supposed to be a true fat-busting workout. This is good news, indeed. I love baking bread and the bread flour I use is fantastic. To get whole wheat bread to rise you almost have to use extra gluten, and I'd rather not. I can get my protein from other sources than gluten. Thanks for the balanced view.
