fanta014 congrats what an amazing accomplishment. I can't wait to say that too. Thank you everyone for your help and encouragement... I think I am going to keep doing week4 until I master it even if it takes a month. But I am going to master the 5 minute run.

Quick question to the other C25Kers... I am on my second day of week 4 and I cant make it through the 5 minutes. I can only make it to 3. should I go back to week 3 or just keep doing week 4 until I can finish the full five minute run? Let me know,I kind of feel like a big huge failure.

i also am a little OCD about weighing myself. First thing in the AM after I pee and when I get home from work. I only use the weight on Friday mornings to update MFP. But I too use it to better understand if I am drinking enough water or taking in too much sodium ( which I think is under reported on food labels).

I know this is odd but I like to watch the food network... but that is why i struggle on my journey becuase i love food.

keep up the good work. When I lost the first of my weight, I did not change sizes. Over the past 10lbs I have gone down 2 pant sizes. I think it just depends on where you carry your weight. I drop weight in my bottom half quicker thanmy chest and core. Hang in there it will get better.

did my first run today I really liked the podcast it kept me motivated and I did not have to think about when to run or walk just follwed the directions. This is definately challenging and something I can keep up with.

I am starting tomorrow. I just downloaded the series on my Ipod. It is a free podcast under the health section and has rave reviews. I hear that is it is really helpful. I have always wanted to run but it took me years to get over the mental block of not being rail thin with a small chest to be able to run. Any helpful…

I have one of my sorority mascoy that matches my line sisters. My reward when i get to my goal weight ( hopefully by August) I will get my tramp stamp withy my kids names on it.

I luv my Zumba classes too. I take it at least 2 a week. Two of the classes are after 8 PM and they are so packed you have to get there early for a spot.

I take it 3x a week at our gym and I love it. It is like going dancing to great music. It is also an amazing workout. If you get a chance to take it try it!

I really love spin class dont get to go a often to my fav teacher due to my work schedule, but you will be sore after the first class. Especially if you have not worked out in a while... but it will pass. I found that buying a gel seat helped with the soreness. You can get them at any WalMart, Target or sporting goods…

Yes there is I don't know the exact link but there are two. I have DVDs and I am in the PUSH phase changed my body fat by 10%! I love it.
